Bamboo Cotton Swabs

I hate myself for that title, too.

I'm totally serious when I say that I am freaking brand loyal when it comes to those fluffy bleached cotton tips of Q that I've been buying for decades. They're the fluffiest, the most kind to my ears (don't stick things in your ears, kids!), and generally I just love them.

I used to get all mad if someone brought home a generic brand. They're just not the ding dang same!

But then Ware started carrying these. And if there is one thing Gillie helps me do faster than anyone else out there, it's to question my assumptions. So *of course* I bought a box of these to try. And of course they're fantastic for all the reasons you'd expect - totally biodegradable, even the package and an affordable alternative.

I didn't give these 5 stars because there will never be anything fluffier than the tips of Q, that said, these work better in many other regards. Have piercings (lighten up, mom, they're just earrings in different places!) you need to delicately clean around or dry after a shower? These work great and because they're not super fluffy you don't have to worry about them getting stuck on your earrings. If you've ever put on mascara or fudged your eyeliner, you know a fluffier tip just isn't going to cut to clean that up. These work SO great!!!

They also clean your ears (don't put things in your ears, kids!) just ding dang fine. Another product replaced by something way better. Well done Ware!
