EMPTY • CLEAN • DRY
We require that any vessel being brought in to refill is empty, clean, and dry. If that seems extreme, it's because you haven't seen the things we've seen. It gets weird having conversations about exactly what substance is still in the container. The safest option is the make a rule and stick to it. And we will stick to it. Additionally, liquid products have shelf lives, particularly hair and skincare products that are oil-based. Having residue from older product that will expire sooner than what you're adding to the container risks contaminating the fresh product as well, thereby reducing its quality and efficacy. In fact, this reason alone is why it's so hard to come by refillable facial products.
Even so, if you can't be bothered clean a pump or sprayer before you come see us, just bring in a mason jar or reused food jar that is easier to run through the dishwasher and transfer it when you get home (hopefully, you'll still clean the container first).

Use instructions:
As a detergent booster: Add 1 tbsp to your load of laundry and wash as normal.
